Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Rinqo account and the data associated with it at any time. Below are the two ways to do it, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Method 1 — delete from inside the app

The fastest path. If you still have Rinqo installed and are signed in:

1. Open Rinqo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap "Delete account" near the bottom of the screen.
3. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is removed immediately and you will be signed out.

Method 2 — email request

If you uninstalled the app, lost access to your phone number, or otherwise can't use the in-app flow, send an email from any address with the phone number that was used in Rinqo. We will verify ownership and process the deletion within 30 days.

Delete just my data, keep the account

If you want to keep your account but clear specific data (search history, tags, reviews you submitted, quiz progress), email us at the address above and specify what you want removed. We will confirm by email when the data is cleared.

What is deleted

• Phone number and account record
• Number-search history and saved lookups
• Tags, reviews and reports you submitted
• Quiz progress, CheckPoints balance and referral data

What we may keep

We may retain a limited, anonymized record of spam / fraud signals contributed to the community database (without any identifier tying them back to you), as required for the service to keep protecting other users. Backups are rotated and purged within 30 days.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deletion completes, the data cannot be restored.
