By using the Rinqo service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

Rinqo provides caller identification services, spam call and SMS protection, as well as the ability to leave tags and reviews about phone numbers.

3. User Obligations

• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Do not publish false information about numbers
• Do not violate the rights of third parties
• Provide accurate data during registration

4. Limitation of Liability

Information about numbers is provided "as is" based on user data. Rinqo does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. Users will be notified of changes through the application.

6. Default App Role (Phone and SMS)

On Android devices you may set Rinqo as your default app for calls and/or SMS. This is a voluntary action that requires your explicit confirmation through the Android system dialog. In this role, Rinqo handles incoming and outgoing calls, displays the full-screen caller identifier, and stores incoming SMS and MMS messages on your device. You may remove Rinqo from the default-app role at any time in Android system settings; the Service continues to function in a limited mode without system-level call and SMS reception.
